Yes, we do! We accept Anthem, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Medical Mutual, CareSourse, Paramount, and Front Path. If we do not accept your insurance, don't worry. We are happy to provide super bills by request to submit to your insurance company for out of network benefits. 

Our fees vary based on the service. For Individual and children/ adolescent counseling the intake is $200 and $150 for subsequent 45-50 minute sessions.  Immigration assessments are $650. If the assessment needs to be expedited it will cost an additional $150 and there is a fee if an interpreter is needed.
